Fee for Professional Estimation Services

Our fee structure is based on the scope of work and project size. We provide competitive pricing while maintaining high-quality estimation services with an average turnaround time of 2–3 working days.

Clients may submit project plans through PDF, Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar platforms. After reviewing the submitted drawings, we will provide an exact fee proposal and estimated turnaround time.

Payment Terms for New Clients

Upon receiving your project drawings/plans, we will provide a detailed quotation and contract proposal.

  • 50% upfront payment is required before starting work.
  • Client approval via email or phone is mandatory.
  • Final reports will be delivered after completion and final payment.

Payment Terms for Existing Clients

For established clients, flexible payment arrangements may be available depending on project requirements and professional relationship.

Clients must provide drawings, specifications, technical reports, and addenda for accurate estimation services.

Weekend Service Policy

We provide urgent weekend estimation services for tight project deadlines. Friday submissions can often be delivered by Monday morning.

Refund Policy

Clients must provide complete project documentation including drawings, specifications, addenda, and required reports.

Refunds will only apply if we fail to fulfill commitments clearly stated in the proposal or contract agreement.
